Located in the scenic Atlas Waterfront neighborhood of Coeur d’Alene, this construction project contributes to a vibrant, family-friendly community along the Spokane River. Featuring picturesque walking paths and parks, the area offers stunning riverfront views.

Our team handled framing and siding for 20 custom homes and 20 townhouse units, with some buildings reaching three stories. The modern homes emphasize contemporary design with steel elements and spacious balconies overlooking the river.

Managing the complexity of 40 unique dwelling units required precision and proactive problem-solving. We meticulously reviewed plans to identify and resolve issues early, ensuring seamless coordination. With each building completed in about a month, the project is progressing efficiently. Maintaining a clean job site and delivering high-quality craftsmanship remain our top priorities.
