Located in the Indian Trail neighborhood of Spokane County, the Cleary Residence is a remarkable new construction project. Our team was responsible for framing this impressive 8,000 sq ft, three-story craftsman-style home, complete with a basement, a 120-foot-long bonus room, and a three-car garage. The design features unique architectural elements such as a circular window, two bump-out windows, and an open-to-below area.

One of the major challenges was working on the steep 12/12 pitch roof, which required late hours to ensure precision and safety. The client requested numerous change orders, including resizing rooms and windows and moving walls, all of which were executed flawlessly, exceeding their expectations. Despite the complexities, our dedicated six-man crew completed the project in just five weeks by working diligently and efficiently.

Our integrated approach, involving thorough plan study and due diligence, ensured quality and seamless coordination, keeping the builder on schedule. The finished home stands as a testament to our commitment to craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
