Located in the serene Gozzer Ranch community on Echo Canyon Street in Harrison, Idaho, this custom home project blends elegance with the area’s natural beauty. Gozzer Ranch, known for its proximity to Lake Coeur d’Alene, is home to some of the most exclusive vacation properties in the region.

Our team successfully constructed a 5,500-square-foot, two-story home with a daylight basement and a 1,000-square-foot additional dwelling unit (ADU). We provided the materials and completed both the framing and roofing, ensuring a high level of durability and aesthetic appeal. The home’s exposed beams and the extensive use of LVL studs and structural steel add to the architectural charm and strength of the design.

While the project faced some challenges with misaligned structural steel, our team’s proactive approach resolved these issues quickly, preventing delays and keeping the project on schedule. Feedback from subsequent trades, including window and trim installers, highlighted how our clean, professional work made their jobs easier, ensuring a smooth flow for the entire building process.

The homeowner’s primary goal was to minimize the stress of pre-planning and scheduling, allowing us to manage the materials and construction process. We were able to meet this goal, handling change orders with flexibility and maintaining excellent relationships with both the builder and the homeowner throughout the project.
