Located in the sought-after Atlas Waterfront neighborhood of Coeur d’Alene, this project is part of a growing community along the Spokane River, featuring scenic walking paths, parks, and modern residential developments.

For this new construction project with Toll Brothers Company, our team completed framing, roofing, decks, and railings for 51 townhome units across 11 buildings, totaling 153,000 square feet. The sleek, modern townhomes contribute to the area’s evolving architectural landscape.

With a structured approach, we ensured efficiency by having an on-site project manager to coordinate workers, materials, and scheduling. Each building took between one to two months to complete. Providing materials for the build simplified logistics for our client, allowing for a smoother process and reducing their workload.

As the project nears completion, with two buildings remaining, we continue to uphold our commitment to quality and precision. Our streamlined coordination and craftsmanship have helped bring this modern riverside neighborhood to life.
